Why We Started Tend

After more than 15 years managing rental properties throughout South Florida, we saw our clients’ needs evolve.

Owners wanted more than help managing tenants and collecting rent. They wanted a team that could reduce their workload, control maintenance expenses, protect the condition of their property, and understand the factors that drive long-term return. We realized traditional property management wasn’t enough. So we built something better.

Very few were focused on taking care of the property itself.
