How and when do I get paid?
We disburse owner payments via direct deposit on a consistent monthly schedule typically between the 7th–10th of each month. You’ll also receive detailed owner statements showing income, expenses, and any repairs made. -
How do you screen tenants?
We use a rigorous screening process that includes:

What happens if a tenant needs to be evicted?
